On line 9, the value for the givens field is "Adolphen", the suggested correction is "Adtolphen". Submitted by Elizabeth Meade.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
