On line 19, the value for the givens field is "Edgar ?", the suggested correction is "Edgar N.". Submitted by Ron Awde.
This correction was evaluated by Fran Irwin: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: This letter does not look like the N in Nov. on lines 17, 40, 46.
