On line 17, the value for the givens field is "Ann June ?", the suggested correction is "Ann Jessie". Submitted by Karyn Snelling. The following comment was attached: It could be June or Jessie - I'm not sure of either, just putting forward another possibility.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: A change other than the suggested correction has been made, I have checked the image of the original form and agree with the current value
