On line 31, the value for the surname field is "Harl", the suggested correction is "Hart ?". Submitted by Gail Gauthier. The following comment was attached: I think the final letter is a t that became smudged...it has the look of the t at the end of Oct in line 27.
This correction was evaluated by Michael More: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
