On line 36, the value for the surname field is "Payne", the suggested correction is "Faris". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: This person's name should read "Faris" not Payne as the rest of the family.
This correction was evaluated by Michel Dubois: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: Payne is the father's surname and Faris the mother's surname, as per BMS2000.
