On line 4, the value for the year field is "1862", the suggested correction is "1869". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: definitely does not look like a 2, even under magnification-under magnification it looks like a 9 more than any other number
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
