On line 27, the value for the day field is "8", the suggested correction is "3". Submitted by Bill Noble. The following comment was attached: Looks like a bad "3" to me.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: It looks like an "S" to me, which would be more indicative of an "8" than a "3".
