On line 12, the value for the surname field is "Heveras", the suggested correction is "Heveres?". Submitted by Loraine Wilhelm.
This correction was evaluated by Rosemary Rafuse: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
