On line 17, the value for the surname field is "McDonald", the suggested correction is "McDoug?ld". Submitted by Gail Gauthier. The following comment was attached: This is what it looks like to me...a fairly large space between g and l, as if an a had been there, faintly.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: A change other than the suggested correction has been made, I have checked the image of the original form and agree with the current value
