On line 36, the value for the givens field is "Harsene", the suggested correction is "Harsem". Submitted by Wayne Kendall.
This correction was evaluated by Jean-Marc Voisard: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: probably a misspelling of Arsène (?)
