On line 6, the value for the surname field is "Moutray", the suggested correction is "Montray? Montnay?". Submitted by Tracey Sheady. The following comment was attached: Possibly should be Mountney or something similiar?
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
